Too often we hear talks or read books about perfect leaders who are hugely successful and are exceptionally good at what they do. It is supposed to inspire us, but it actually has the reverse effect. Using material from his book “Imperfect Leadership – book for leaders who know they don’t know it all”, Steve will argue that the strive for perfection in all aspects of leadership is not only unrealistic, it is bad for the mental and physical well-being of leaders.
This speech will cover seven principles for leading in a time of crisis and uncertainty. This is especially true when trying to lead through a pandemic.
After this training :
- You will be be inspired, energised and have a greater understanding about leading in a time of crisis and uncertainty.
- You will be able to further develop understanding of leading with authenticity, integrity and moral purpose.
