This programme is for aspiring Senior Leaders who currently hold leadership positions within school as well as those with the clear leadership potential for future whole-school responsibilities
The three-day course seeks to meet the needs of experienced school leaders who wish to develop their understanding of school leadership, to maximise their skills and effectiveness, and who also seek to make further professional progress. The programme will be underpinned by an emphasis on the key skills of research, coaching and constructive communication.
The course will also use the unifying vehicle of an individual ‘Leadership Focus’ to generate learning.
