Head’s Development Programme

Head’s Development Programme 2016-7

Designed to offer support, guidance and development for new and experienced head teachers, this professional development programme will run over four full days. The content will be delivered by NLEs from within North Star and educational consultants Ed Lott and Mike Smit. The programme will cover the big issues facing head teachers today, including monitoring and preparing for Ofsted, and will give colleagues an opportunity to reflect on their own practice and drive improvement.

The programme includes a one-night residential at Hazlewood Castle, near Leeds. This is intended to give delegates the time and space to develop ideas and collaboration more deeply and intensively as well as provide a refreshing change of environment.
